Unfortunately we are unable to offer a return on any of our Jellycats unless the item is faulty or the wrong item sent.
We post out within the UK only. We aim to get all items purchased before 3pm sent out the same working day.
Orders placed during a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day. We use a royal mail tracked service. Once your parcel is under the management of royal mail, we cannot be held liable as our responsibilities have been fulfilled. Proof of postage will be shown on your order email.
If you have checked your order and still believe items to be missing, faulty or damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your delivery, providing your order number along with any images of the damages and we will try to resolve this for you.
